Trinity Employment Solutions,as the employer,assumes the employee-related expenses, including federal withholding, social security taxes, workers' compensation, unemployment insurance, advertising costs and record keeping.

At Trinity Employment Solutions, we are constantly recruiting, testing and qualifying new applicants. Testing administered will relate directly to the open position and the applicable skills needed to perform expected duties. In most cases, we will already have a qualified applicant in our database ready to work. Your employment needs will be met as quickly as possible through constant communication concerning the status of your order.

Employees recruited for you by Trinity Employment Solutions will be based on a temporary to permanent hire basis with no liquidations fee at the end of the committed work hours. Employees recruited by you, but pay rolled through Trinity Employment Solutions, will be eligible for hire at any time.

Prior to scheduling an employee for an assignment, a fee agreement with a bill rate and conversion period must be signed by the client.

Invoices will be issued weekly from our corporate office in Fort Worth. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required or a (4) hour minimum will be billed.
